How it works
From idea to feature — together
Propose
Any confirmed member can submit a feature idea or improvement. Describe the problem you're trying to solve and how you imagine a solution.
Discuss
The community can comment, ask questions, and refine proposals before voting begins. Good ideas get better when more people think about them.
Vote
Members vote on open proposals. One member, one vote. Every proposal states up front whether your vote decides or advises.
Decide and report back
We publish what happens to every proposal, including when we don't build something, and why. You can follow what we build in the Release Notes.

Three kinds of proposals
Every proposal states up front how much your vote counts. That way you always know where you stand.
You decide
Choices such as new types of activities, places for benches or the next city to go live. The result of the vote is binding.
You advise
Things like the order of new features. Your votes and arguments carry real weight; we make the decision and explain why.
We decide, openly
Safety, privacy, the code of conduct and pricing. We don't vote on these, because everyone must feel safe and FriendShaping has to be able to keep going. We always explain our choices.

Neighbourhood groups
Open for votingCreate local groups for specific neighbourhoods or districts, so members can easily find people who live nearby for spontaneous meetups.
Event calendar with RSVP
Open for votingA shared calendar where members can create and RSVP to community events, with reminders and an attendee list visible to participants.
